添え木にもたれ、木を囲み、自然に心地よい絶妙な距離をとる。中央の木を支える添え木にもたれる3人は、木に包まれているような不思議な一体感を味わう。目線が低く周囲も気にならない。3 本の添え木は、地盤の起伏・木の見え方・景色によって違う良さがある。その違いを最小限の木材で最大限引き出す三者三様の背もたれを制作した。今だからこそ、地面に芝生を感じ、人との距離に気を揉まず、ゆっくりシンプルに過ごせる場所を提案する。
Leaning against the wooden braces, surrounding the tree, and taking a comfortable distance naturally. The three people leaning against the braces supporting the central tree experience a strange sense of unity as if wrapped in the tree. With a low line of sight, they are not bothered by their surroundings. The three braces have different advantages depending on the undulation of the ground, the way the trees look, and the scenery. We created backrests for each of them to maximize the differences with minimal wood materials. We propose a place where you can feel the grass on the ground, relax and spend time in a simple way without worrying about the distance with others.
とにかくシンプルに。敷地の魅力を最大限引き出すことに注力した。支えは添え木を主力に、あえて座面を作らない。華美過ぎず穏やかで、芝生は長時間座っても疲れない。背もたれは3段階の傾きに対し腰・肩・頭までの支え、高さがある板はより軽く、低い板はより重く見える部材選定と寸法に工夫した。
Keep it simple. We focused on maximizing the attractiveness of the site. The support is mainly made up of bracing wood, with no deliberate seating surface. It is calm and not too extravagant, and the lawn does not tire even after sitting for a long time. For the backrest, we selected materials and dimensions that make higher boards appear lighter and lower boards appear heavier, and provide support for the lower back, shoulders, and head with three different angles of inclination.
